Advertising Coordinator

Are you hyper-organized with a top-notch memory for details? Do you know your way around Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn? Do you enjoy diving into analytics, creating reports, and building campaigns? How about working with radio and TV media? Then join our team as an Advertising Coordinator.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up digital advertising campaigns (display, video, and search) in multiple advertising platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, & LinkedIn
- Plan and purchase advertising from conventional media outlets (print, TV, radio, out-of-home, etc.)
- Traffic creative advertising artwork and commercials
- Create content calendars for organic social media campaigns
- Post organic social media content
- Monitor social media platforms for user-generated content and for reputation management purposes
- Reconcile media invoices
- Create custom audiences for digital ad campaigns
- Create keyword search campaigns
- Manage and optimize campaigns
- Create custom reports for clients, agency staff, and management
- Set and monitor advertising budgets
- Create, deploy, and report on email campaigns
- Research and obtain targeted email lists
- Prior experience as production coordinator, traffic coordinator, media buyer, digital advertising specialist or social media manager
- Expert knowledge of audience targeting
- Understanding of advertising metrics, e.g. reach, frequency, CPM
- Prior experience with email marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing automation software
- Working knowledge of technical matters including HTML, pixel codes, etc.
- Prior experience with Google analytics
- Facebook Blueprint and/or Google Ads Certification a plus
- College degree

What You’ll Do:
As a Manager of Client Services, you’ll manage the relationship between our agency and our clients. You’ll make sure the firm advances our clients’ big-picture, strategic goals. You’ll make sure the work we produce meets clients’ communications goals and speaks clearly to their target audiences. And you’ll build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Your role will involve:
- Client Relationship Management: Be the go-to contact for clients, understanding their needs, communicating clearly, and building lasting relationships.
- Marketing Strategy: Help create and execute effective marketing plans that deliver results, working alongside our creative team to develop campaigns that truly resonate.
- Client Advocacy: Represent the client’s interests within the agency, ensuring we consistently meet (and exceed) their expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the work we deliver on behalf of our clients is of the highest quality, speaks to their target audiences, and accomplishes their strategic marketing goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of client campaigns, provide insights, and suggest adjustments to continually improve outcomes.
Who You Are:
- You’ve spent at least three years in a client-facing role within an advertising, marketing, or PR environment.
- You’re highly organized, remember everything, and are detail oriented.
- You’re a natural, clear communicator who gets along with different personality types, always maintaining your composure (and a smile).
- You’re a strategic thinker who adds value to the process.
- You’re curious about different types of organizations, what they do, and how they make money.
- You have a good sense of humor and don’t take things too personally.
- Ideally, you have healthcare industry or healthcare marketing experience
- You speak perfect English and maybe Spanish too.
